The PERFECT alternative to your morning oatmeal! SO simple and quick to prepare!
makes 4 servings
½ cup skim milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons golden raisins
¼ cup uncooked couscous
In a small saucepan, combine milk, vanilla, maple syrup, and golden raisins.
Heat, stirring constantly, until hot and steamy. Do not boil.
Stir in couscous, cover, remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
